目的：分析疏血通注射液联合长春西汀治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法以我院2012年1月~12月应用疏血通注射液治疗的83例急性脑梗死患者为对照组，以我院同期加用长春西汀治疗的83例患者为联合组，对比两组患者疗总有效率及神经功能缺损、日常生活能力评分情况，以评定其疗效。结果联合组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组，日常生活能力评分显著高于对照组，两组各项数据经比较差异具有统计学意义，（P<0.01）。不良反应发生率与对照组相当。结论应用疏血通注射液联合长春西汀治疗急性脑梗死，患者症状改善显著，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To analyze Shuxuetong joint vinpocetine injection for treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods From January 2012 - December Shuxuetong injection treatment as control group, 83 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients in our hospital during the same period and 83 patients treated with vinpocetine for joint group, compared two groups of treatment in patients with total ef ective rate and neurologic deficits and daily life ability to score, to assess their ef ectiveness. Results The combined treatment group total ef ective rate is significantly higher than the control group, the neural function defect score was significantly lower than the control group, daily life ability score is significantly higher than the control group, two groups of data by comparing dif erences statistical y significant, (P< 0.01). Incidence of adverse reactions and the control group. Conclusion The application of combined vinpocetine Shuxuetong injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction, patients with symptoms improved significantly, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
