从于铁教授治疗2例医源性变证引发的对临床思维的思索

摘要

良好的临床思维是医生高素质的体现，源于扎实的医学知识和丰富的临床实践。在疾病治疗过程中由于临床思维失误可导致变证丛生，轻则延长病程、重则可使疾病缠绵难愈，甚至恶化、死亡。本文通过2例于铁教授治疗的医源性变证案例，阐述临床思维在疾病治疗过程中的重要性。%A good clinical thought is a symbol of a medical staf with high level of competence.It's come from the solid medicine knowledge and rich in clinical practice. Clinical thinking errors can lead to disease progression during the treatment of disease. Such as prolong the disease time , at ack repeatedly, even let the patients die. In this article, through 2 cases of iatrogenic deteriorative symptom treated by Professor YuTie, il ustrates the importance of clinical thinking in disease treatment process.
