A comparative evaluation of efficiency of different methods of treating pretumoral changes of bronchial epithelium by clinical-immunological data

Fibrobronchoscopy is the main method of screening and early diagnosis of central lung cancer. ELT and ILRB are highly effective methods for treating dysplastic changes in bronchial epithelium. The effect obtained from laser therapy is steady and quite long remaining for 12 months in 67.6 - 80% of cases.
