改良阴式手术治疗重度子宫脱垂的疗效观察及安全性分析

摘要

Objective Observation of curative ef ect and safety of modified transvaginal operation in treatment of severe uterine prolapse. Methods 84 cases of patients with severe uterine prolapse, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group using improved vaginal hysterectomy treatment, control group used laparoscopic hysterectomy. Results The incidence of infection was lower than that in the control group the observation group operation time, postoperative. Conclusion The modified transvaginal operation in treatment of severe uterine prolapse, obvious curative effect, short operation time, less bleeding, quick recovery, low postoperative complications.%目的探讨改良阴式手术治疗重度子宫脱垂的疗效观察及安全性。方法选取84例重度子宫脱垂患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用改良阴式子宫全切术治疗，对照组采用腹腔镜子宫全切术。结果观察组手术时间、术后感染发生率明显低于对照组。结论改良阴式手术治疗重度子宫脱垂，疗效显著，手术时间短，术中出血量少，恢复迅速，术后并发症低。
