多囊卵巢综合征内分泌特征对子宫内膜的影响

摘要

Objective The purpose of this study was to anlyze characteristic of endometrial histopathology of PCOS patients ,insulin resistance .Methods Measured PCOS's hormone level,oral glucose torlerance test ,and do the correlation analysis.Results IR and BIM had close relation with endometrial hyperplasia. The level of Testosterone had no relation with endometrial hyperplasia. Conclusion High androgen,obesity, and IR-hyperinsulinemia were endocrinopathy of PCOS,and they can af ect endometrium derectly ,and had impaction for endometrial hyperplasia.%目的分析PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗，高雄激素血症，及肥胖等内分泌特征对PCOS子宫内膜的影响。方法测定PCOS患者激素水平，口服葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT），子宫内膜做病理检查，并进行分析。结果 IR与子宫内膜异常增生有关，差异有显著的统计学意义；肥胖与子宫内膜异常增生有关，差异有统计学意义；有高雄激素血症组子宫内膜异常增生率低，而无高雄激素血症组子宫内膜异常增生率高的倾向，但差异无统计学意义。结论高雄激素血症、肥胖及IR-高胰岛素血症，是PCOS的内分泌特征，它们可直接影响子宫内膜，从而对PCOS子宫内膜异常增生造成一定的影响。
