玻璃离子和复合树脂用于儿童龋齿充填的疗效分析

             

摘要

Objective To study the ef ect of glass ionomer and composite resin used for children's dental caries fil ing. Methods From 2010 March~2013 year in June in our hospital 120 cases of patients with dental caries in children included in the study, were randomly divided into the treated composite resin fil ing treatment observation group, glass ionomer materials fil ing treatment control group, to observe the fil ing material biocompatibility and abutment related indicators. Results 4 weeks after treatment, the observation group patients with gingivitis, fil ings loosening, secondary caries, tooth fracture incidence (1.67%, 3.33%, 0, 3.33%) were lower than the control group, the dif erence was statistical y significant;4 weeks after treatment, the patients in observation group the gingival index, bleeding index, mobility (0.41 ±0.08, 0.39±0.07, 0.54±0.09) lower than that of the control group, the dif erence has statistical significance. Conclusion Composite resin material used for children's dental caries filling good biocompatibility, and can effectively protect the teeth, has positive clinical application value.%目的研究玻璃离子和复合树脂用于儿童龋齿充填的疗效。方法将2010年3月~2013年6月我院收治的儿童龋齿患者120例纳入研究对象,随机分为给予复合树脂材料进行充填治疗的观察组、玻璃离子材料进行充填治疗的对照组,观察充填材料的生物相容性情况以及基牙相关指标。结果治疗后4w内,观察组患者发生牙龈炎、充填物松动、继发龋、牙折裂发生率(1.67%、3.33%、0、3.33%)均少于对照组组,差异有统计学意义;治疗后4w时,观察组患者的牙龈指数、出血指数、松动度(0.41±0.08、0.39±0.07、0.54±0.09)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论复合树脂材料用于儿童龋齿充填的生物相容性较好,且能够有效保护基牙,具有积极的临床应用价值。
