人性化护理在精神科护理中的探索与实践

摘要

Objective To further study the personalized care into the psychiatric nursing. Methods In this hospital psychiatric patients were male patient 50, random and divided into observation group and control group, each group of 25 people. The observation group patients by nursing plan of individuation on the implementation of nursing, and the control group used the traditional nursing mode. Results The IPROS scale evaluation results, the observation group of personal interest, social skil s and health status are superior to the control group patients showed. Conclusion Individual nursing to improve medical nurses' professional level and service consciousness, communication between the physician and patient is more ef ective.%目的为了进一步研究个性化护理引入到精神患者护理工作。方法在本院的精神患者中抽取男性患者50例，随机并将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各25例。对观察组的患者采用个性化的护理方案对其实施护理，而对照组则采用传统的护理方式。结果 IPROS量表评定的结果来看，观察组个人兴趣、社交能力以及卫生状况等都要比对照组的患者表现优越。结论个性化护理提升医疗护理人员的专业水平和服务意识，医患间的沟通也更加有效。
