PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem on sanitation that wheels directly contact hands in a wheelchair to be manually traveled without relying on electricity, and to solve the problem that the inner parts of elbows in clothing (cuff) contact the wheels.;SOLUTION: The rotary driving force of rotary manual handles, arranged in the front part of a body of the wheelchair for caring and also within the front range of a part from the lower back to the shoulders of an operator being a carer, is transmitted to the front wheels.
