三种ARB类降压药的药物经济学分析

摘要

目的比较替米沙坦、缬沙坦、厄贝沙坦三种ARB类降压药的疗效与经济性。方法将60例患者随机分为三组，分别予以3种ARB类药物口服，疗程8w。观察三组疗效并比较经济性。结果三组药物降压疗效无显著差异，但替米沙坦成本-效果比值最低。结论替米沙坦在3种常用ARB类药物中可能更具经济性。%Objective To compare the telmisartan, valsartan, he sha Tanzania three ARB class of antihypertensive drug curative ef ect and economy. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into three groups, respectively to three kinds of ARB drugs oral y, course of 8 weeks. Observe three groups of curative ef ect and compare the economy. Results The three groups of drug hypertension treatment had no significant dif erence, but the lowest telmisartan cost-ef ectiveness ratio. Conclusion Telmisartan in three kinds of commonly used ARB drugs may be more economical.
