等中心三维C臂结合导航系统在齿状突骨折螺钉固定术中的应用

         

摘要

Objective We wanted to show the benefitsofusingisocentric 3 -dimensional fluroscopyinodontoid screw placement.Methods Isocentric 3 -dimensionalfluoroscopy,inconjunctionwithimage-guided navigational soft ware,was used to place 1 or 2 odontoid screws in each patient.Three-dimensionalimages were acquiredintraoperatively,which were the nreconstructed and uploaded to the navigational work station.Screw trajectory was planned and performed with the use of tracked instruments.Results Successful screw placement,as judged by intraoperative computerized to mography,was attained in al 9 patients.Conclusion Isocentric 3-dimensionalfluoroscopy,inconjunctionwithanimage -guidednavigational soft ware system,obviatesthe need forcumber some biplanar fluoroscopy,al ows forintraoperativeimageacquisitionaftersurgicalexposure,reducesintraoperative registrationtime,reduces both surgeon and patient radiation exposure,and al ows immediate computerized to mographici magingin the operating room to verifys crew position.%目的阐述等中心三维C臂结合导航系统在齿状突骨折螺钉固定术中应用的优势。方法等中心三维C臂结合导航系统应用于齿状突骨折患者,每例患者固定1~2枚加压螺钉。术中三维影像即刻获得并上传导航工作站以重建影像。设计螺钉轨迹并在示踪仪器应用下实施固定。结果9例患者螺钉成功放置,并获得良好术中CT评价。结论等中心三维C臂结合导航系统,有效避免了二维C臂的笨重,外科暴露后能够取得术中影像的即刻获得,减少了术中注册时间,减少了医生及患者的受线时间,在手术室即可得到CT影像以验证螺钉位置的可靠性。
