The screw (1) has a rod (2) including a threaded distal part (20) screwed and locked in a cranial fragment and a smooth proximal part (21) placed in a caudal fragment, where the part (21) has length lower than thickness of the caudal fragment at a place in which the caudal fragment is traversed. One part has a coupling mark (22) cooperating with a tool to drive the cranial fragment in a rotatable manner. A threaded axial bore (24) receives a threaded rod (30) of a screw (3) with a head (31) that comes in support against the caudal fragment for ensuring compression of the fragments.
