股骨干骨折后合并FES的预防护理

摘要

目的脂肪栓塞综合征（FES）是股骨干骨折后的一种严重并发症，其致残率高，并且有一定的死亡风险。诊断比较困难。若能早期诊断及时治疗，是可以中断其病理过程的。探讨股骨干骨折后的护理干预的作用，预防FES的发生。方法对116例股骨干骨折患者实施正确的术前及术后护理。结果116例患者中2例发生FES，经积极正确果断的治疗及精心周到的护理，2例痊愈出院。结论股骨干骨折后应当给予恰当的护理以减少脂肪栓塞综合征的发生。%Objective Fat embolism syndrome (FES) is a serious complication of femoral shaft fracture after, the high rate of disability, and mortality risk in a certain. The diagnosis is dif icult. If early diagnosis and timely treatment, can interrupt the pathological process. To investigate nursing of femoral shaft fracture after the role, preventing the occurrence of FES. Methods 116 cases of femoral shaft fracture care correct preoperative and postoperative patient. Results The 116 patients, FES occurred in 2 cases, positive and correct nursing after treatment, decisive and considerate, 2 cases were cured. Conclusion The femoral shaft fracture should be given proper care to reduce the incidence of fat embolism syndrome.
