经皮旋转气管切开术在危重患者中的应用

摘要

Objective To study the application of percutaneous dilational tracheostomy in critically il patients with airway open. Methods 86 patients of ICU Pu'er City People's hospital were treated by percutaneous dilational tracheostomy, recording operation time, success rate, intraoperative and postoperative bleeding, postoperative complications, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of percutaneous tracheostomy. Results 86 patients took an average of 14.2 minutes, all successful, intraoperative and postoperative without serious bleeding, postoperative subcutaneous emphysema in 1 cases, 1 cases of tracheoesophageal fistula. Conclusion percutaneous dilational tracheostomy with short time, smal wound, less complications, suitable for critically il patients.%目的探讨经皮旋转气管切开术在危重患者气道开放中的应用。方法对普洱市人民医院重症医学科收治的86例患者采用经皮旋转气管切开术，记录手术时间、成功率、术中及术后出血情况、术后并发症发生情况，分析经皮气管切开术的优缺点。结果86例患者平均耗时14.2min，全部成功，术中及术后未发生严重出血，术后出现皮下气肿1例，气管食管瘘发生1例。结论经皮旋转气管切开术具有耗时短，创口小，并发症少的特点，适合危重患者使用。
