某企业离退休老年人心电图检查结果分析

摘要

目的探讨离退休老年人心电图变化规律及特征。方法对某企业3207名>60岁离退休人员进行心电图检查并对结果进行统计分析。结果心电图异常1454人，总异常率45.37%，且女性（48.12%）高于男性（43%）。不同年龄组间及不同性别间在60~69年龄组的异常检出率差异均有统计学意义；多种心电图异常中，心律失常检出率最高（23.45%）；ST-T改变单项检出率最高（20.52%）。结论老年离退休职工心电图异常随年龄增长而增多，女性尤甚，应进行包括心电图在内的定期健康体检。%Objective The purpose of this article is to analyze the change pat erns and characteristics in electrocardiogram of retired aged staf . Methods The electrocardiogram examination is taken by 3207 retired staff over 60 years old from a company .Results The result is statistical y analyzed. It shows 1454 cases of abnormal electrocardiogram which is of 45.37% for all cases, and the percentage of female with abnormal electrocardiogram (48.12%) is higher than male (43%). Statistical significant dif erence was found in the abnormal rate between different age groups and dif erent gender groups of age 60-69. Arrhythmia is found to be of the highest percentage of al type of abnormal and ST-T change is of the largest number of cases. Conclusion This study shows that abnormal electrocardiogram is more likely to happen as the increasing of age for old retired staf , especial y for the females, indicating the necessary of regular health examinations including the electrocardiogram examination.
