瀑布型胃的体位治疗方法

摘要

目的：探讨瀑布型胃的体位治疗方法。方法回顾性分析60例瀑布型胃，采用体位治疗方法，分析疗效。结果55例患者经体位治疗后症状减轻或消失，3例患者症状无明显缓解，2例患者并发食管下段胃底癌。结论瀑布型胃不属于胃肠道器质性病变，往往有较明显的临床症状，结合症状及消化道造影检查可诊断，诊断不难，本文通过对60例瀑布型胃患者接受体位治疗后回访，其中96.9%的患者症状得到明显改善。%Objective to investigate the postural therapy method of cascade stomach.
