目的：探讨子宫颈癌根治术术后会阴肿胀的临床观察与护理。方法选取我科宫颈癌根治术的患者60例分对照组和观察组进行分析讨论，两组一般资料分析（P＞0.05）。对照组术后常规0.5%碘伏外阴擦洗，观察组术后0.5%碘伏外阴擦洗后，用50%硫酸镁进行冷热湿敷,2次/d，减轻及消除会阴肿胀。结果观察组患者经过术后的临床观察及护理干预后会阴肿胀消除有效率100%。结论通过对子宫颈癌根治术术后会阴肿胀的临床观察与护理，使患者的肿胀疼痛减轻,增加了患者的舒适度,提高了患者的满意度。%Objective to explore the postoperative cervical cancer radical perineum swel ing of clinical observation and nursing. Methods select our department in patients with cervical cancer radical 60 cases were divided into control group and observation group analysis, general data analysis of the two groups (P>0.05).0.5%in the control group routine postoperative iodine volts genital swab, postoperative observation group 0.5% iodine volts vulva after scrubbing, with 50% magnesium sulfate for cold and hot wet apply, twice daily, al eviate and eliminate the perineum swel ing. Results the observation group of patients after postoperative clinical observation and nursing intervention of perineum swel ing, eliminate the ef ective rate was 100%. Conclusion through postoperative cervical cancer radical perineum swel ing of clinical observation and nursing, relieve swel ing and pain in patients with, increased patient comfort, increased patients' satisfaction.
