Objective: through the adoption of smal incision subcutaneous tissue retain flap cut of poke hole drainage + + skin wound compression bandage fixation method of curing, postoperative patients with preserved skin, odor removal ef ect and less influence function, has received the good ef ect, now report as fol ows. Selection Methods: from April 2007 to 2013 patients with osmidrosis operation in August 2013 as the research object, to 89 cases by the armpits severity classification: severe (grade 3) armpits 44 cases, moderate and 35 cases (level 2) armpits mild (grade 1) 10 cases of osmidrosis. Through the surgical operation treatment. Results:al patients postoperative armpits symptoms improved significantly, curative ef ect is satisfied, fewer complications and can be used for clinical promotion.%目的：通过采用小切口保留皮瓣皮下组织剪除+皮下戳孔引流+伤口加压包扎固定法治疗腋臭，术后患者皮肤得以保留，异味清除效果佳，功能影响较小，收到了良好效果，现报告如下。方法选取自2007年4月~2013年8月腋臭手术患者89例作为研究对象，将89例按腋臭严重程度分类：重度（3级）腋臭44例，中度（2级）腋臭35例，轻度（1级）腋臭10例。通过本术式手术治疗。结果所有患者术后腋臭症状显著改善，疗效满意，并发症少，可为临床推广采用。
