Objective: To investigate the posterior open reduction with observation of gaskets hol ow screw fixation in the treatment of tibial intercondylar clinical spine fractures. Methods:according to the diagnosis of 18 cases of tibial eminence fracture were treated by posterior reduction with tooth cushion hol ow screw internal fixation, postoperative hinge brace for 4 weeks, beginning to knee flexion exercises. Results: the postoperative X-ray examination to see the fractures healed wel , 15 cases were excellent, good in 2 cases, 1 cases, the excellent and good rate was 94.4%. Conclusion:posterior reduction gear gasket with cannulated screws fixation for tibial eminence fracture, has the characteristics of reliable fixation, smal trauma, applicable scope than pure screw wider, can early movement of the knee arthroscopy, suitable for not carrying out of hospital.%目的：探讨后路切开复位带齿垫片空心螺钉固定治疗胫骨髁间棘骨折的临床疗效观察。方法对符合诊断的18例胫骨髁间棘骨折患者采用后路复位带齿垫片空心螺钉固定,术后铰链支具固定4w，开始膝关节屈伸功能锻炼。结果术后X线片检查时见骨折愈合良好,优15例，良2例，可1例，优良率94.4%。结论后路复位带齿垫片空心螺钉固定治疗胫骨髁间棘骨折,具有固定牢靠、创伤小、适用范围比单纯螺钉更广的特点，能早期进行膝关节活动，适合于没有开展关节镜的医院。
