目的：比较腰硬联合麻醉与持续硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产手术中的麻醉效果及术后并发症。方法选择2012年9月~2013年9月我院收治的行剖宫产手术的患者92例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各46例。对照组采用硬膜外麻醉，观察组采用腰硬联合麻醉。比较两组患者的麻醉效果和术后并发症的发生情况。结果①观察组麻醉优良率(97.8%)显著高于对照组(78.3%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；②两组患者的术后并发症相比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在剖宫产手术中，腰硬联合阻滞较硬膜外麻醉效果好，值得临床推广与应用。%Objective To comparative study anesthetic ef ect and postoperative complication of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in cesarean section. Methods Total y 92 patients underwent cesarean section in our hospital from September2012to September2013were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, with 46 patients in each group.The control group was given epidural anesthesia,while observation group was given combined spinal-epidural anesthesia. Anesthetic ef ect and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results (1) Anesthesia excellent rate in observation group (97.8%) was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01).(2) There was no significant dif erence in postoperative complications of the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia has bet er anesthesia ef ects in cesarean section than epidural anesthesia.And it is worth applying in clinic widely.
