目的：探讨胃镜腹腔镜双镜联合下胃间质瘤切除术的可行性及安全性。方法回顾分析22例胃镜腹腔镜双镜联合下胃间质瘤切除术的手术方式、术中处理原则以及术后相关指标。结果22例手术全部成功，平均手术时间63.6min，平均出血量37mL，术后平均肠道功能恢复时间15～36h，平均住院4～8d。结论胃镜腹腔镜双镜联合下胃间质瘤切除术具有创伤小、定位准确、手术时间断、恢复快、安全有效等优点，在外科手术向微创方向快速发展的今天具有广泛的发展前景。%Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of gastroscopic-assisted laparoscopic resection in treatment of gastric stromal tumors. Methods The clinical data of 22 patients with gastric stromaltumors treated with gastroscopic-assisted laparoscopic resection were analyzed. Results Al the operations were successful The operation time was 63.6 min , the blood loss during operation was 37ml,intestinal tract function recovery time were 12~36h, and the postoperative hospital stay was4~8d. Conclusion Gastroscopic-assisted laparoscopic resection in treatment of gastric stromaltumors is anon-invasive,accurate postioning,operation time saving fast recovery,safe and ef ective therapy,and it ihas a good prospect with the development of minimal y invasive surgery nowadays.
