随着我国经济发展，生活质量的不断提高，医疗服务质量以及医疗环境也在不断的得以完善，人民享有高质量医疗服务权利日渐受到关注。然而，近年来随着医患关系矛盾的突显，一方面可能存在部分患者及家属由于法律及道德意识缺失，影响了正常医疗秩序。但是从另一方面，作为医疗服务的主体，医护人员职业缺失也成为了促进医患关系紧张的内在原因之一。本文从分析妇产科护理职业缺失的现状，试探具体相关对策。从而提高护理服务质量，以改善医患关系。%With China's economic development, the continuous improvement of quality of life, the quality of medical service and medical environment has been improved, people enjoy the high quality medical service right is get ing at ention.
