中药材变色的原因探讨

The color of the medicinal materials not only is a sign of its appearance is beautiful, is also one of the important characteristics of verify its authenticity. If the color of the medicinal materials inherent change, its ef iciency is reduced, and even lost ef icacy. Color and the bright color is pure, often shows its ef ective composition content is higher, the quality and curative ef ect is bet er.The author wil now medicine abnormal discoloration reasons discussed in this paper.%中药变色是指由于中药内所含的成分不稳定，保管不当，在酶或其它因素的作用下，使某些成分发生氧化、聚合作用或经过分解、缩合作用，产生有色化合物，使原有的色泽加深或改变，以致变质。药材的颜色不仅是其外表美观的标志，也是鉴别其真伪优劣的重要特征之一。若药材固有的颜色发生变化，则说明其效能降低，甚至丧失功效。颜色及色泽越鲜明纯正，往往说明其有效成分含量越高，质量和疗效越佳。笔者现将药材异常变色原因如下探讨。
