目的：探讨丹红注射液联合稳心颗粒治疗急性脑血管病（ACVD）致室性早搏的疗效。方法将26例ACVD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组13例，两组给予相同的基础治疗，治疗组同时加用丹红注射液和稳心颗粒，疗程2w。结果丹红注射液联合稳心颗粒治疗组症状改善显著，不良反应少。与对照组相比，有统计学差异。结论丹红注射液联合稳心颗粒治疗ACVD致室性早搏有明显疗效。%Objective: To investigate the Danhong injection combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatment of acute cerebral vascular disease (ACVD)ef ect induced premature ventricular contractions. Methods: 26 patients with ACVD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 13 cases in each group, the two group received the same basic treatment, the treatment group treated with Danhong injection and Wenxin granule, treatment for two weeks. Results: Danhong injection combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatment of symptoms improved significantly, less adverse reaction.Compared with the control group, there was significant dif erence. Conclusion:Danhong injection combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatment of ACVD induced premature ventricular contractions have obvious ef ect.
