目的：探讨青光眼小梁切除术后出现浅前房的原因及处理方法。方法回顾性分析256例（327眼）行小梁切除术后出现浅前房53眼的原因及处理方法。结果术后发生浅前房53眼（16.2%），其中滤过过强38眼(71.7%)，结膜瓣渗漏11眼(20.7%)，睫状体脉络膜脱离3眼(5.7％)，睫状环阻滞性青光眼1眼(1.9％)。47眼通过药物及加压包扎等保守治疗后恢复前房，6眼通过手术治疗后恢复前房。结论术前有效控制眼压，术中细心制做结膜瓣及巩膜瓣、注意调整缝合线的松紧度，以及术后及时处理并发症是预防浅前房发生的关键。%Objective: To discuss the causes of shal ow anterior chamber after glaucoma trabeculectomy operation and therapy. Methods: 53eyes with shal ow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy in 327cases among 256 patients were investigated respectively to obtain the causes and the principles of treatment. Results: shal ow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy was found in 53eyes (16.2%) respectively caused by strong filter (38 eyes, 71.7%), leakage of conjunctival flap (11 eyes20.7%), ciliary body choroid detachment (3 eyes, 5.7%), ciliary ring block glaucoma (1 eye 1.9%). 47 cases were treated conservatively. 6 cases were cured with reconstruction. Conclusions: Ef ective control of intraocular pressure, intraoperative careful y making conjunctival flap and sclera flap, paying at ention to adjusting the firmness of sutures, and the timely processing of postoperative complications are the keys to prevent shal ow anterior chamber.
