皮肤预消毒法在居家腹膜透析患者中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨皮肤预消毒法在居家腹膜透析患者中的应用。方法将2012年4月~2013年1月20例腹膜透析患者使用皮肤预消毒法观察感染率。结果经过10个月的观察，20例患者均未发生感染。结论对居家腹膜透析患者实施皮肤预消毒法后，其再次住院率、并发症发生率明显降低，改善了患者的生活质量。%Objective: To explore the application of skin disinfection method in peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods: 2012 April - 2013 January 20 peritoneal dialysis patients using skin disinfection method was used to observe the infection rate. Results: after 10 months of fol ow-up, 20 patients had no infection. Conclusion: skin pre disinfection on peritoneal dialysis patients, the re hospitalization rate, complication rate decreased obviously, improved the quality of life of patients.
