窄带成像内镜对早期胃癌的临床研究

摘要

目的：探讨窄带成像内镜对早期胃癌的诊断价值。方法对208例患者进行观察,观察胃小凹及微血管变化。结果208例病例中,98例为慢性浅表性胃炎,93例为慢性萎缩性胃炎,17例为早期胃癌,早期胃癌微血管多呈Ⅲ、Ⅳ型,胃小凹开口多呈F型。结论微血管及胃小凹形态改变与病灶的良恶性存在密切关系,窄带成像内镜可提高早期胃癌的检出率。%Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of nar ow-band imaging endoscopy for early gastric cancer. Methods 208 cases of patients were observed, observation. Results 208 cases, 98 cases of chronic superficial gastritis, 93 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis, in 17 cases of early gastric cancer, early gastric cancer micro vessel were type I I and IV, gastric pit opening is F type. Conclusion Microvascular and gastric pits and lesions of benign malignant are closely related the detection rate of early gastric cancer.
