有效沟通在PICU中的重要作用

摘要

为了探讨有效沟通在PICU中的作用，本研究根据Zung焦虑自量表(SAS)对85名患儿家属利用问卷形式进行调查，并根据结果进行及时、有效的沟通，从而得出结论：通过有效沟通可以减少家属的焦虑情绪，明显提高家属的信任感，提高治愈率，减少纠纷的发生。%In order to explore the ef ective communication in the role of PICU,according to the Zung anxiety self assessment scale (SAS)of 85children with their families were investigated with questionnaire,and timely,ef ective communication according to the results,thus the conclusion is drawn:the PICU family of mental burden and psychological health level was significantly lower than that of ordinary families,through ef ective communication can reduce the anxiety of relatives,significantly improve the family trust,improve the cure rate,reduce the occur ence ofdisputes.
