目的：研究可吸收螺钉内固定治疗桡骨小头骨折的治疗方法和结果。方法对19例桡骨小头MasonⅡ型骨折行切开复位可吸收螺钉固定并进行早期功能锻炼。结果术后随访9~13个月，按Steinberg的主观功能评定方法，优12例，良6例，差1例，优良率为94.7%，骨折平均愈合时间为23 w。结论用可吸收螺钉对桡骨小头骨折作固定，具有复位满意、固定可靠、方法简单，利于早期进行功能锻炼等优点，是治疗桡骨小头骨折的理想方法。%Objective The research may absorb in the bolt the fixed treatment capitulum radi bone fracture method of treatment and the result.
