生长抑素与奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎的对比研究

摘要

目的：探讨生长抑素与奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效差异。方法收集2014年2月~2015年7月我院诊断为急性胰腺炎的患者，随机分为：50例研究组和50例对照组。研究组采用生长抑素治疗，对照组采用奥曲肽治疗。结果①研究组和对照组急性胰腺炎治疗有效率、死亡率分别为(100%、0%)、(78%、2%)，结果比较有差异(<0.05)。②研究组和对照组治疗前血淀粉酶、白蛋白结果比较无差异(>0.05)；研究组和对照组治疗第5 d血淀粉酶、白蛋白结果比较有差异(<0.05)。结论本次研究认为与奥曲肽相比，生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎疗效肯定，能够明显改善患者症状，减少死亡率。%Objective To explore the curative effect difference of somatostatin and octreotide in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods From February 2014 July~2015 patients in our hospital for the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis,50 cases were randomly divided into the study group and 50 cases in the control group.The research group was treated with somatostatin,the control group were treated with octreotide.Results ⑤The study group and the control group of acute pancreatitis treatment efficiency,mortality rates were(100%,0%),(78%,2%),the difference between the results( <0.05).②the study group and the control group before treatment,serum amylase,albumin results showed no significant difference( >0.05);the study group and the control group for fifth days,serum amylase,albumin results had significant difference ( <0.05).Conclusion This study that compared with octreotide, somatostatin in treatment of acute pancreatitis curative effect,can significantly improve the symptoms of patients and reduce mortality.
