不同采血方法对血常规检验结果的影响分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the effects of different blood collection methods for blood test results. Methods 2015 January~December our hospital blood test examination were 110 cases, according to the blood collection methods are divided into groups and peripheral intravenous group, 55 patients vein, venous blood method using blood, peripheral group 55 cases, the use of peripheral blood collection methods, the accuracy of the comparison of two blood sampling methods. Results Venous blood group test method accuracy is higher than the peripheral group, significant differences between comparison groups with tip, was statistically significant ( <0.05). Conclusion The blood test, a venous blood test results of high accuracy.%目的：分析不同采血方法对血常规检验结果的影响。方法收集2015年1月~12月在我院进行血常规检验的查体者110例，按照采血方法分为静脉组和末梢组，静脉组55例，采用静脉采血方法采血；末梢组55例，采用末梢采血方法，比较两种采血方法的准确性。结果静脉组采血方法检验准确性高于末梢组，与末梢组比较差异显著，具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论在血常规检验中，静脉采血的检验结果准确性高。
