临床护理路径对消化性溃疡患者的实施效果观察

摘要

Objective To establish a standard clinical care of patients with peptic ulcer path,to evaluate the clinical nursing path in effect in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods Hospitalized patients with peptic ulcer 162 cases,analysis of the patient's average length of stay,hospital costs,health knowledge score,satisfaction and other indicators after clinical nursing path. Results After the implementation of the two groups of nursing path was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Following clinical nursing path can reduce the average length of stay and hospital costs,improve the patient's health knowledge and patient satisfaction with care work.%目的：建立规范的消化性溃疡病患者的临床护理路径，评价临床护理路径在消化性溃疡病患者中的实施效果。方法选择住院的消化性溃疡病患者162例，分析临床护理路径实施后患者的平均住院日、住院费用、健康知识评分、满意度等指标。结果两组护理路径实施后比较有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论遵循临床护理路径可降低平均住院日和住院费用，提高患者的健康知识水平和患者对护理工作的满意度。
