自动化腹膜透析机临床疗效观察

摘要

目的研究分析自动化腹膜透析机的临床治疗效果。方法选取2014年1月~2015年1月在我院进行腹膜透析的患者96例，随机将患者分为观察组与对照组，每组48例。观察组患者应用自动化腹膜透析机进行持续循环腹膜透析模式进行透析治疗，对照组采用持续不卧床腹膜透析治疗。结果观察组各项指标与对照组相比更具有优越性，（＜0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论采取自动化腹膜透析机进行腹膜透析具有容量控制和溶质清除能力强、操作简便、安全易行、显著改善患者生活质量等优势，尤其适用于高转运或高平均转运、持续非卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)时溶质清除不充分，APD可作为终末期肾病(ESRD)的紧急透析方式。%Objective To study the analysis of the clinical therapeutic effects of automated peritoneal dialysis machine.Methods From January 2014 to January 2014 in our hospital 96cases of peritoneal dialysis patients,patients randomly divided into observation group and control group,48 cases in each group.Observation group of patients using automated peritoneal dialysis machine for continuous cyclic peritoneal dialysis mode dialysis treatment, control group using intermittent peritoneal dialysis treatment.Results Observation group the indicators advantages compared with the control group, ( <0.05)difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Take automated peritoneal dialysis machine dialysis treatment the curative effect is relatively good,can effectively save manpower,save costs and reduce the cost of dialysis,is worth popularizing in clinical application.
