microRNA在膀胱癌中的研究进展

Bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumor of clinical, the high recurrence rate and high rate of progress makes it one of overall cost most tumors in solid tumors.MicroRNAs are a group of endogenous non-coding small RNA molecules, in the process of regulation of a variety of biological activity to the vital role.In recent years, studies have shown that microRNAs has closely related with the occurrence and development of bladder cancer, this article will review the progress of microRNAs in bladder cancer.%膀胱癌（bladder cancer）是泌尿外科临床上最常见的恶性肿瘤，其高复发率及高进展率使其成为实体肿瘤中总体花费最多的肿瘤之一。 microRNA是一组内源性非编码小分子RNA，在调控多种生物活动进程中到起至关重要的作用。近年来研究表明，microRNA与膀胱癌的发生、发展有着密切联系，本文将对microRNA在膀胱癌中的研究进展予以综述。
