PDCA循环模式在提高护理工作五常法合格率的应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the applications of PDCA Cycle in the passing rate of the 5S-Methods of qualified nursing. Methods Nursing Department established a group of quality control, which surveyed and compared the passing rate of the 5S-Methods before and after the PDCA cycle mode. Results After the PDCA cycle mode, the average of the passing rate of the 5s-Methods of qualified nursing is increased from 74.90% to 95.85%(P<0.001). Conclusion Through the research ,we found that the PDCA Cycle could increase the passing rate of the 5S-Methods of qualified nursing effectively, which improved the quality and efficiency of clinic nursing.%目的：研究PDCA循环模式对护理工作五常法的合格率的影响。方法护理部成立质量控制小组，调查全院实施PDCA循环模式前后护理工作五常法合格率，并进行比较。结果采用PDCA循环模式后全院护理工作五常法依从性合格率从平均74.90%上升到95.85%（P<0.001）。结论通过采取PDCA循环模式可以有效提高护理工作五常法合格率，从而提高临床护理质量、提高护理效率。
