131I治疗Graves甲亢临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To analyse the treatment effects and influence factors of 131I therapy in patient with Graves hyperthyroidism.Methods 170 cases of graves hyperthyroidism were treated with 131I and the thyroid function were measured after 6~24 months of 131I treatment,and the clinical efficacy were observed.Results Aftre 131I treatment among 170 patients,40% patients developed hypothyroidism,13% patients were cured,38% patients were improved,1% patients were relapsed and 8% patients were ineffective,the total effective rate were 92%. Conclusion At present, the first choice for Graves hyperthyroidism treatment is 131I therapy ,because it is effective,safe,economical and convenient and should be promoted in primary care actively.%目的：观察131I治疗Graves甲亢的临床疗效。方法170例Graves甲亢患者，均给予131I进行治疗，治疗后6~24个月复查甲功，观察患者的临床疗效。结果采用131I治疗Graves甲亢后临床治愈，甲低、治愈、部分缓解、复发、无效率分别为40%，13%，38%，1%，8%，总有效率为92%。结论目前治疗Graves甲亢的首选131I治疗，该法有效、安全、经济、便捷，应积极在基层医疗中推广。
