PDCA 循环在医疗设备质量管理中应用的意义

[Abstract ]Objective To analyse the application of PDCA cycle in the medical device quality management.Methods 100 cases of medi-cal equipment quality control were selected during June 2014 to June 2015,the scores of equipment quality were compared before and after the im-plementation of PDCA.Results The status flag hanging,maintenance card suspension,maintenance of table to fil in,and the equipment regu-larly quality score were (16.5 ±3.4),respectively (17.2 ±2.5),(18.5 ±2.2), (19.3 ±2.4)before the implementation of the PDCA cycle,re-spectively,and status flag hanging,maintenance card suspension,maintenance of table to fil in,and the equipment regularly quality score were (19.7 ±1.3),respectively (21.3 ±2.0),(22.4 ±1.6),(23.1 ±0.8)after the implementation of the PDCA cycle,respectively.There was statistical signifcance before and after the implementation of equipment quality control (P <0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in the medical device quality management improved the equipment quality control,and the ef ective was obvious.%目的：分析 PDCA 循环在医疗设备质量管理中应用的意义。方法选取2014年6月至2015年6月实施 PDCA 循环后医疗设备质量控制100例事件进行研究，对比分析实施 PDCA 前后医疗设备质量控制评分情况。结果在实施 PDCA 循环前，状态标志悬挂、保养牌悬挂、保养表填写以及设备定期质控的评分分别为（16.5±3.4）分、（17.2±2.5）分、（18.5±2.2）分、（19.3±2.4）分，实施 PDCA 循环后，状态标志悬挂、保养牌悬挂、保养表填写以及设备定期质控的评分分别为（19.7±1.3）分、（21.3±2.0）分、（22.4±1.6）分、（23.1±0.8）分，实施后设备质量控制评分高于实施前，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论PD-CA 循环在医疗设备质量管理中应用，提高了设备质控控制评分，作用效果明显。
