目的 调查住院患者多重耐药菌感染现状和护理防控措施，为加强多重耐药菌感染的管理提供参考经验。方法 对2011—2012年住院患者中出现的2301例多重耐药菌（M RB）感染的病例进行追踪调查，搜集2年以来M RB感染患者的一般资料、病原菌的种类、科室来源及标本种类；调查各科室多重耐药菌护理管理和护理人员的护理措施。结果 该院2011－2012年 M RB感染患者所在科室集中在小儿内科、综合 ICU、神经外科，分离标本主要为痰液、分泌物、尿液和血液，病原菌以大肠埃希菌、鲍曼不动菌、肺炎克雷伯菌多见。皮肤科、康复科、神经内科等科室多重耐药菌菌株构成比有所下降。对策 建立多重耐药菌感染病例规范管理制度并加以落实，严格执行规范化护理操作规范，加强病人和病房的环境管理，加强 M RB感染患者的监测、分析，并采取重点防控的策略，减少多重耐药菌感染的发生。%O bjectiveInvestigate the current situation of the hospitalized patients with multiple drug -resistant bacteria(M RB) infection ,illus‐trate the nursing prevention M ethods .The aim is to develope specialized prevention interventions for multiple drug -resistant bacteria infec‐tion management .M ethodsthe survey was conducted 2301 patients w ho had multiple drug -resistant bacteria infection from 2011 to 2012 , collecting the general information ,pathogenic bacteria species ,department and specimen species and inquiry the nursing management and nursing care measures .Resultsthe study showed the M RB patients concentrated in pediatric medicine ,ICU ,neurosurgery ,the separate spec‐imen mainly for the sputum ,secretion ,urine and blood ,pathogenic bacteria were mainly consisted of escherichia coli ,A .baumanii bacteria , klebsiella pneumoniae .Through effective nursing meatures ,the constituent ratio of the dermatology department ,rehabilitation and nerve internal medicine department declined .Conclusions It is vital to establish multiple drug -resistant bacteria infections standardized manage‐ment system w hich can reduce the M RB infection .In addition ,obey the standardized nursing operation specifications ,strengthen patients and ward environment management ,monitor and analysis patients of M RB ,take key prevention and control strategy are also good to fall the occurrence rate of hospitalized patients M RB infection .
