开展锐器伤职业暴露案例学习的效果观察

摘要

O bjectiveTo carry out the studies on sharp injures and occupational exposures in the prevention and decrease of sharp injures .M eth‐odsIn 2012 ,studies and analyses on sharp injures reported by clinical medical staff were conducted ,in order to find the risk factors and pre‐vention of occupational exposures ,w hich required every staff of every department in the hospital to study .ResultsThe rate of sharp injures and occupational exposures is decreased by 15 .28% this year compared to last year .ConclusionThe studies on sharp injures and occupational exposures strengthen all clinical medical staff’s protective awareness as a result of less sharp injures .%　　目的 开展锐器伤职业暴露案例学习，预防和减少锐器伤。方法 2012年对临床医务人员上报锐器伤职业暴露案例，进行及时原因分析，找出职业暴露危险因素，制定控制措施，下发各科室组织学习。结果 2012年锐器伤职业暴露发生率比2011年锐器伤职业暴露发生率下降了15．28％。结论 开展锐器伤职业暴露案例学习，可增强临床医务人员职业防护的意识，减少锐器伤发生。
