O bjectiveRheumatoid factor (RF) classification ,citrulline peptide (CCP) antibody and anti keratin antibodies (AKA) in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in the diagnosis of clinical significance .M ethodsQuantitative ELISA ,indirect immunofluorescence method were used to detect anti CCP of 49 patients with rheumatoid arthritis antibodies ,RF parting and AKA ,calculate its sensitivity ,specificity ,and USES the statistical processing test and t test .ResultsThe RF parting ,anti CCP antibody and AKA sensitivity and specificity ,respectively :RF classification were 87 .76% and 87 .76% ;Anti CCP antibody were 85 .71% and 76 .40% ;AKA79 .59 % and 91 .01% . ConclusionCombined detection of anti CCP antibody ,AKA and RF classification can help improve the correct diagnostic rate of RA .% 目的 探讨类风湿因子( RF)分型、抗环瓜氨酸肽( CCP)抗体和抗角质蛋白(AKA)抗体对类风湿性关节炎( RA)诊断的临床意义。方法 分别应用定量ELISA法、间接免疫荧光法检测49例类风湿性关节炎患者的抗CCP抗体、RF分型和 AKA抗体,计算其敏感性、特异性,并采用检验及t检验进行统计学处理。结果 RF分型、抗 CCP抗体及 AKA 的敏感性和特异性分别为:RF分型87.76%和59.99%;抗CCP抗体85.71%和76.40%;AKA79.59%和91.01%。结论 联合检测抗CCP抗体、AKA和RF分型有利于提高RA的正确诊断率。
