自拟中药清胃解毒汤配合西医疗法治疗智齿冠周炎的疗效研究

摘要

目的 研究探讨自拟中药清胃解毒汤配合西医疗法治疗智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法 选择我科门诊就诊的智齿冠周炎患者164例，随机分为两组，治疗组82例，男43例，女39例；年龄19～32岁；病程2～3天。对照组82例，男44例，女38例；年龄18～35岁，病程2～3天。两组均用阿莫西林胶囊0．5g，每日4次，口服；甲硝唑0．2g，每日3次，口服；冠周局部用3％过氧化氢溶液、2．0g ，／L甲硝唑液及0．9％生理盐水反复冲洗，干燥后上碘甘油；治疗组在上述西医治疗的同时加用中药清胃解毒汤煎服（主要药物：知母、栀子、山豆根、连翘、鱼腥草、生地黄、元胡等）。水煎，每日1剂，分2次服。结果 治疗组取得痊愈率57．32％，总有效率为97．56％；对照组取得痊愈率39．02％，总有效率为79．27％，经 Ridit分析，n＝2．3681，P＜0．05，差异有显著性意义，说明治疗组平均疗效显著高于对照组。结论 自拟中药清胃解毒汤配合西医疗法治疗智齿冠周炎可取得显著地临床疗效，易于推广。%O bjectiveto study the traditional Chinese medicine qing stomach jiedu decoction with western medicine therapy treatment of wisdom tooth pericoronitis of the clinical curative effect .M ethodsour department outpatient clinic of wisdom tooth pericoronitis patients 164 cases , randomly divided into two groups ,treatment group 82 cases ,male 43 cases ,female 39 cases ;Age 19 ~ 32 years old ;Duration of 2 ~ 3 days .44 cases ,control group 82 cases ,male female 38 cases ;Age 18 to 35 years old ,duration of 2 ~ 3 days .Two groups of amoxicillin capsule 0 .5 g ,4 times daily ,orally ;M etronidazole 0 .2 g ,3 times daily ,orally ;Local champions weeks with 3% hydrogen peroxide solu‐tion ,2 .0 g ,metronidazole/L liquid and 0 .9% saline flush repeatedly ,iodine glycerin after drying ;T reatment group at the same time of the western medicine combined with Chinese medicine qing stomach jiedu decoction decoction (main drugs :rhizoma anemarrhenae ,gardenia , Vietnamese sophora root ,forsythia ,heartleaf houttuynia herb ,radix rehmanniae ,yuan hu ,etc .) .Water decoction ,daily 1 agent ,points 2 times .Resultsthe treatment group cure rate 57 .32% ,total effective rate was 97 .56% ;Control group cure rate 39 .02% ,total effective rate was 79 .27% ,the Ridit analysis ,n = 2 .3681 ,P < 0 .05 ,significant difference ,the treatment group curative effect is significantly higher than control group on average . C onclusion from traditional Chinese medicine qing stomach jiedu decoction with western medicine therapy treatment of wisdom tooth pericoronitis can obtain significantly clinical curative effect ,easy to promote .
