真空袋固定摆位两种不同标记法在乳腺癌放疗中摆位精度的比较

摘要

Objective To compare the positioning accuracy and error of two dif erent labeling methods during fixing posture with vacuum bags in radiation therapy for the patient of breast cancer.Methods Randomly divide 40 patients of breast caner treated with radiation therapy by fixing posture with vacuum bags into group A and group B,each in 20.Label the two sides of mark points on vacuum bag in group A;label the two sides of mark points on patients’skin in group B.By registration anatomical structure of the verification film and the digital image reconstruction, to caculate the average positioning error in the X、Y and Z direction.Results The setup error at the X and Z directions in group A is greater than group B,there were significant dif erences be-tween two sets of data (P <0.01).Comparing the setup error at the Y direction in two groups,there weren’t significant dif erences between two sets of data (P >0.05).Conclusion label the two sides of mark points on patients’skin for the patient of breast cancer during fixing posture with vacuum bags which can improve the positioning accuracy and reduce the positioning error.%目的：比较乳腺癌放疗患者采用真空袋固定体位两种不同标记法在放疗时的摆位精度和误差。方法将40例乳腺癌放疗患者采用真空袋固定体位随机分为 A、B 两组，每组20例，A 组是将两侧标志点标记在真空袋上，B 组是将两侧标志点标记在患者皮肤上。通过配准验证片和数字化重建图像（DRR）的骨性解剖结构，计算 X、Y、Z 轴方向的平均摆位误差。结果 A 组在 X（左右方向）及 Z（腹背方向）方向的摆位误差均大于 B 组，两组数据差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）；两组在 Y（头脚方向）方向的摆位误差比较，数据差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论乳腺癌患者采用真空袋固定体位，将两侧的标志点标记在患者皮肤上，可提高摆位精度，减少摆位误差。
