The dynamic model of cargo lashing system composed of truck,cargo and cargo lashing device is established using UG software and Virtual Proving Ground technology.The velocity curve and acceleration curve of the cab and the goods carriage are obtained in the case of vehicle frontal impact simulation.The cab absorbs most of impact energy because of its plastic distortion,the acceleration peak of goods carriage is much less than the cab′s.The research results show that the acceleration parameter can be used to evaluate the impact safety of cargo lashing system.%利用UG和VPG技术建立由车辆-货物-约束器械构成的货物约束系统的动力学模型,对其进行正面碰撞模拟仿真,得到驾驶室和货厢的速度及加速度变化曲线。碰撞后车头经过塑性变形后吸收大部分能量,货厢部分的加速度峰值远小于驾驶室部分。分析表明可采用加速度的相关指标来评价碰撞安全性。
