平面-圆弧轮廓边缘薄板扣合过程数值分析

         

摘要

汽车覆盖件扣合成形质量影响到汽车的装配质量,在扣合过程中出现的质量问题主要包括零件边缘轮廓的缩进、卷曲、翘曲和回弹。通过对平面-圆弧轮廓边缘薄板扣合工艺的数值分析,研究了扣合成形过程中,翻边成形、预扣合及终扣合过程各种几何及工艺参数对成形质量的影响;比较了平面-圆弧轮廓边缘和平面-直线轮廓边缘扣合时边缘缩进量、卷曲、翘曲和扣合力的变化。研究结果表明:在平面-圆弧轮廓边缘扣合过程中,薄板的扣合质量与翻遍高度L与薄板的半径R的比值密切相关,外板边缘的内移量是随薄板半径R的增大而增大而随翻边高度L的增大而减小等等。%The defects producing in hemming process of Auto-body panel will affect the assembly quality of automobile.The main quality problems during the hemming process including indent,curling,warping and spring back of parts edge contour.In this paper,the numerical analysis of flat surface-arc contour edge sheet hemming process was carried out in order to conduct the geometrical and technical parameters on hemming quality during the flanging,pre-hemming and final hemming process.And further the indent and hemming force were compared with that obtained in flat face-straight contour edge hemming process.The result showed that the sheet hemming quality was closely related to the ratio of flange length and radius of sheet during the flat surface-arc contour edge sheet hemming process,and the creepage of out panel increased with the increasing of sheet radius and decreased with the increasing of flange length.
