大型民机双作动简式前轮转弯机构多目标优化设计

         

摘要

前轮转弯机构的优化设计是大型民机起落架设计的重要组成部分。分析了大型民机双作动筒式前轮转弯机构的功能及特点,通过建立简化模型得到核心设计参数,建立了转弯机构的多个子目标函数,采用非支配排序进化求解算法(NSGA—II)对转弯机构的核心设计参数进行多目标优化设计。优化结果表明:基于Pareto遗传算法的多目标优化,对前轮转弯机构的主要参数进行优化设计是可行的,尤其是对提高机构效率、机构传动平顺度指标有着较好的优化效果,分别提高了7.64%和17.32%%The design of nose wheel steering mechanisms is important for the landing gear design in a large civil air- craft. The function and feature of dual actuator nose wheel steering mechanisms of the large civil aircraft are ana- lyzed, the core design parameters are obtained through building the simplified model and considering the multiple objective functions of nose wheel steering mechanisms. These core parameters are multi-objective optimized using Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algori timization based on the Pareto genetic nose wheel steering mechanisms, and thm- II (NSGA-II). The optimization result shows that the multi-objective op- algorithm is feasible for the optimization design of the main parameters of the it is particularly available to improve the mechanism efficiency and the stability of component-driving which are respectively improved by 7.64% and 17.32%.
