城市公交车机电复合制动能量回收系统研究

         

摘要

Aiming at the city bus characteristics of low speed operation and frequent start and stop conditions,an electro-mechanical braking energy regeneration system was proposed in this paper,which adopted a high-speed flywheel and a battery to recover the braking energy and achieve the secondary traction for the auxiliary start function.The system was designed and the braking simulation validated its feasibility.The experiment results show that the system can effectively recover the braking energy,improve the starting performance of the bus and it will be applied to city bus engineering in the future.%城市公交车辆运行工况复杂,需频繁启停,大量的能量浪费于车辆的制动。针对该现象,提出了采用高速飞轮和蓄电池组合的机电复合制动能量回收及二次牵引理论;进行了系统设计和制动工况仿真实验,验证了方案的可行性。实验证明:该系统能有效地回收利用城市公交车制动能量,改善起步性能,并具有成本低、易实现的特点。
