孔系列组合夹具在叶片加工中的应用研究

摘要

The position precision of observation hole on the aircraft engine guide vane is very high.It is high cost and has waste processed by CNC boring machine and special tooling, Observation hole dill string is assembled by using hole series modular fixture,the promotion and application of hole series modular fixture in the manufacturing process of high-precision special parts are discussed,which exploring a shortcut for lean manufacturing of aircraft engine parts.%飞机发动机导向叶片（带观察孔）的观察孔的位置精度很高，用数控镗床和专用工装进行加工制造成本高而造成浪费。用孔系列组合夹具元件装配出观察孔钻具，讨论孔系列组合夹具在高精度异型零件制造过程中的推广与应用，为飞机发动机零件的精益制造探索出一条捷径。
