锻造操作机钳口的结构优化设计

         

摘要

建立锻造操作机带有凸齿结构的钳口有限元模型,在钳口与工件的接触区域添加位移约束,经静力分析得到钳口的应力结果。在不影响钳口夹持性能的条件下,选取恰当优化变量,对钳口进行钳口质量最小、应力不超过许用应力为优化目标的结构优化,减轻重量18.3%。%The finite element model of forging manipulator′s jaw with tooth is built.The displacement constraint is made on the contact region between jaw and workpiece , which can be obtained through the geometrical relationship .The results about the stress on the jaw are received through the statically analysis in finite element analysis ( FEA) software.Without influencing the properties of gripping, the structure optimization is achieved with the property optimization variable, and the jaw′s weight is 18.3%reduction with the satisfaction of strength requirement.
