10 kV级高压隔爆本安型软启动器在煤矿井下的应用

摘要

According to the working principle of high voltage flameproof safety soft starter, the main circuit connection diagram and control line connection diagram of 10 kV high voltage flameproof safety soft starter are designed, and the application effect of pump mode, hard start and pulse start are analyzed. It is concluded that the soft starting effect of current slope is better. The practical application results show that the frequency of failure of the soft starter is 40％ of the traditional starting mode.%依据高压隔爆本安型软启动器的工作原理,设计了10 kV 级高压隔爆本安型软启动器主线路连接图、控制线路连接图,并通过分析泵模式、硬启动、脉冲启动应用效果,得出电流斜坡软启动效果更好的结论.实际应用结果表明,软启动器的产生故障的频率是传统启动方式的40％.
