轴对称矢量喷管的流热耦合分析

             

摘要

针对固体火箭轴对称推力矢量喷管的工作环境处于多物理场耦合的问题,应用Comsol M ultiphysics模拟该机构在流场和温度场两场耦合作用下,在给定的边界条件下收敛调节片、扩张调节片、拉杆等构件的负载变形和热变形以及温度在机构中的分布情况,研究喷管从低温、低流速到高温、高流速这一变化过程中机构的应力应变情况及温度变化情况。通过模拟仿真与分析来精确预测机构的变形和受热情况,对于系统的设计具有重要的理论指导意义。%To the problem of physical field coupling in the working environment of the solid rocket axisymmetric thrust-vectoring nozzle , the Comsol Multiphysics was applied to simulate the mechanism under the given boundary conditions ,the loading deformation and thermal deformation and the temperature distribution of the adjusting sheet ,rod and other components under the coupling of flow field and temperature field were obtained .The stress and temperature changing process of the mechanism in the process of nozzle from low temperature ,low flow rate to high temperature ,high flow velocity were studied .The simulation and analysis accurately predicts the deformation of the mechanism ,which has the important theoretical guiding significance to the system design .
