半导体制冷技术及应用

摘要

半导体制冷是一种新型的无污染的制冷方式，近年来越来越多的学者来研究半导体制冷的性能，以提高其制冷效率。总结了提高半导体制冷性能的方法以及半导体制冷技术的主要应用。从材料、影响因素、工况优化、提高散热效率以及主要应用5个方面来对这些研究进行梳理，为以后的研究提供参考。%Semiconductor refrigeration is a new non-polluting way of cooling .In recent years ,a growing number of scholars begin to study the refrigeration performance of semiconductor ,aiming at improving the cooling efficiency .In this paper ,the ways to improve the cooling performance of semiconductor and the main application of semiconductor cooling technology were summed up .The new cooling ways were discussed at the following five aspects :materials ,affecting factors ,operating conditions optimization ,cooling efficiency improvementand and main application ,which may provide some reference for future research .
